    Default Eyeball accurate for sure

Did a private class for a student this past Sunday and one of the diagnostic drills I use is Rastoff's Challenge. The course of fire is

    4 rounds at 3 yards
    6 rounds at 5 yards
    6 rounds at 7 yards
    4 rounds at 10 yards
All rounds must be in the X ring for a perfect score. Must be a full diameter bullet hole in the X ring . A 10 that breaks the X line counts as a 10 not an X.

I put up an extra target for me and shot it cold with the SI-417 I was carrying....... Had a couple of close ones (3 o'clock and 5 o'clock) but everything was full diameter holes in the X

It is good to know that your pistol will do this if needed.

    Nice shootin'.

Inspired me to adjust the sights on Mr. Snappy, which was printing low and right.

Mostly in the 10 and X. He had 2 or 3 "wild" ones into the 9 at the 10 yard distance but he was also using a G26 with Big Dot sights so he was somewhat handicapped by that right off the bat.

Sounds like the student did good though... Helps that he had a good instructor.

Mr. Snappy? Is that by chance a G27?
