    *Ran out of time, which was fine tonight since I was fighting a headache the whole time. Plus side is that I'm off to work some OT and the headache is gone. Wasn't really feeling it tonight, but it was good to get the main work in.

    *Had to call an audible on this leg workout. Throughout my warm up sets, (BW, 45 95, 135, 185) I could feel a twinge along the outside of my right knee. Not sure what it was, but lack of sleep, water, and energy weren't in my favor either. Rather than try to push through, I just went to RDLs for a few more sets under the clock, and just chalked it up to getting some work done. No need to risk it just for the sake of one workout. I may do a few squats tonight with my upper body work, just to see how it's feeling, and double check my form and foot placement.

    *Not much time tonight, so only had time for one giant set. Fighting a headache all night, so I wasn't really feeling it, but got through the meat of the workout anyway.
    **Knee started to act up a little bit again, but was able to diagnose my foot placement being just a tad too wide, and the outside twinge that I had last week disappeared on the next set after adjusting my stance.
