Being the biggest netsurfer in my Karate club, I have been asked to search for a deal on some training mats. We'll be using them for throws and ground work. Sites for new gear would be appreciated, but if anyone has any used mats lying around that they'd like to sell, sing out.

Thanks,
Blue

Beautiful. Do they hold up well outdoors? These will be used outside most often and stored in a shed.

Start looking at the local schools, and see who's throwing out their old wrestling/gymnastics mats.

Or, go to e-bay and search on wrestling mats.

Every once in a while you'll get lucky with Dollamur's EBay store. This is where my Hapkido Instructor ordered the mats for his new school and wound up getting top-of-the-line Dollamur mats at right at half price.

Never know what or how many they have in stock, though.

11 years later he's probably either found a mat or given up caring.

Would be nice if there was a way to auto-lock a thread after no one had posted to it for 6 months.

Particularly when is resurrected to as a sales pitch.
