We had a great time with this one! We started with the classic "porkman" demo that shows in a graphic fashion exactly what a properly sharpened blade can do to flesh. The results never fail to impress.
1st pic shows how deep the wharncliffe blade on the Janich designed Be Wharned will cut with just a flick of the wrist. Pics 2 and 3 show the difference when you thrust in and cut out!
