    Every time work takes me to Colorado I make it a point to do this. Start to finish 33 minutes and 38 seconds.

    Thanks to this thread and others, I have developed a workout routine that I complete every 7-10 days or so:

    1 day running hill sprints
    1 day technical mountain biking (similar to sprints, short power focused)
    1 day long run, usually on a trail with decent elevation gain. I finally reached my goal of being able to run an hour.
    1 day longer 2-4 hour mountain bike.
    Mixed in there are a couple days of weights, focused on power lifting. Typically, Squats, Bench, Overhead Press, Barbell Rows, Pull-ups, Dips, and deadlifts.

    I rest when I am tired.

    I have seen my body fat percentage decrease and a total of five pound weight loss in the last couple months, and I was pretty skinny to start with. I am definitely stronger, and I feel great.

    If you don't mind a slice of humble pie. I offer you....

    The "Man Routine"
    5 sets of 25 reps with 1 minute of rest between each set. Can be performed with your chosen implement (kettle bell, straight bar, dumbbells, etc.)

    A set consists of:
    5 Power Cleans
    5 Push Presses
    5 Front Squats
    5 Dead Lifts
    5 Power Cleans

    Do this with 75% of your body weight and I shall salute you as a man.

    10-23
    4" Deficit Dl to 465, then more deficits @ 415x5, 3 sets

    Sumo DL 385x5, 3 sets ss with chinsx5

    Everything felt pretty light

    10-25:
    squat 465x1, 415x2 5 sets

    circuit
    RDL @335x5, Chest pressx5, chins x5, strict press 155x3 3 times through

    Everything felt nice and light.

    Have not posted in a while. I've been trying new routines.

    Monday

    Functional Dynamic Warm-up- 10 minutes
    85 lb sand bag cleans - 3x6-8/ 30 second rest between sets
    37 lb Bulgarian Bag swings 3x15-20 reps/30 seconds rest btwn sets
    37 lb Bularian Bag Open Spin 3x10 alternating sides /30 seconds rest btwn sets
    Push-ups 3x25
    24 minute Hill Climb on Spin Bike.

    Tuesday
    60 minute spin bike energy ride

    Wednesday
    10/10
    10 Bulgarian open spin right
    10 Pushups
    10 Bulgarian open spin left
    10 Pushups

    Repeat for total of ten rounds. One minute rest between rounds
