The right to self defense is binary. It either exists as a right or it does not. Any modification of that basic understanding is nothing more than a translation of that right into a privilege. The difference you might ask? A privilege may be revoked or modified. A right may not. -jeff

If you're talking about the valley, Jan, Feb and March are great months.
If you're considering those months, it'd be oh... so tempting and well worth modifying one's schedule.
Everyone...thanks for the responses. I'd really like to see this turn into a regular thing. If we can get enough interest, I'd be interested in doing something every other month or once a quarter. I would definitely like to do something for rifle and something for pistol each time.
There was a question about who can attend which event...ideally, people would attend if they have taken an SI course in that discipline already...for example, if you have been through DPS or CRG then you could definitely attend the pistol day. Ditto for rifle...if you've done FRS or AK or AR then you'd good to go on rifle day. The biggest reason we want you to have already been through a class is that the training group is an opportunity to 'refresh'. We'd like you to already have the base skill set. These will be short, intensive session so we won't have time to teach basics that you will have already learn in an actual course. That said, if there is a question, then lets talk about it...
