    Yes it is!

    Oh, and in case anyone is wondering, I put the PSL and AR on the scale. Without the scope, the PSL is a pound lighter (granted, the AR is toting 40 rounds of SS109 while the PSL is holding 10 rounds of 147gr silver tip).

    Okay so here is my dumb question of the day. Does the shortened barell make it more accurate??? If wanting to shoot for distance, I thought a longer barrel is warranted??? Again newb in regards to sniper type rifles. I am still all ga ga over my M76......of course now the weather turns crappy!!!!! Your rifle looks awesome!!!!!!!

    with some guns, a longer barrel is worse because it flexes as the bullet is going through it... the PSL is probably one of these...

    That . Also , that long , pencil PSL barrel is famous for stringing groups as it heats up .
