Here's the deal. I'm looking for someone with a SOF background that wants to live in and work from San Diego, CA. If you're not SOF don't apply for this position. I'm looking for SEAL, Force Recon, SF, CAG, DG, etc. We're looking to fill this position in early May-June 09 timeframe. Description:
A-T Solutions, Inc. is currently accepting resumes from experienced, qualified Armed Forces Special Operations (e.g. USMC Recon, USA SOF, USN SEAL, USAF Combat Controller) tactical operations instructors with a current OIF/OEF AOR background to fill a challenging and rewarding position.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ø Supervision and instruction of basic to advanced levels of classroom and practical instruction involving live fire combat shooting Small Unit Tactic (SMUT) operations and techniques.
Ø Supervision and instruction of the sage operation of the 9MM pistol, M4/M16 rifle, .50 cal Barret rifle, 7.62 Sniper rifle, Expeditionary Battle Rifle (EBR) and various crew serve weapon systems.
Ø Providing classroom and practical instruction on Tactical Vehicle Operations and Convoy procedures in all environments for EOD and NECC forces.
Ø Supervision and instruction of the safe operation of laser simulation weapon systems (e.e. Laser Shot shooting simulations).
Ø Supervision and instruction of nighttime live fire of small arms and the use of night optical device (s).
Ø Management of the Command Small Arms Qualification program and Database.
Ø Supervision of the maintenance of NECC combat weapons range facility (NAWS China Lake, CA) used by EODTEU ONE and NECC personnel.
Ø Maintenance of small arms and crew serve weapons ranges in accordance with NAVY and Command Regulations.
Ø Supervision of EODTEU ONE range coach qualification program.
Ø Maintenance of Instructor Cadre weapons qualifications.
Ø Performance of operator level weapons maintenance and repairs.

Certifications and Other Qualifications
Ø Armed forces special operations (e.g. USMC Recon, USA SOF, USN SEAL and USAF Combat Controller) experience (6 years minimum).
Ø Graduate of : Blackwater, MidsSouth Shooting Institute, Gryphon or SAFUEC small arms weapons training (equivalent small arms weapons training may be considered).
Ø Graduate of: ITI, GRYPHON, TierOne or Tony Scotti tactical driving training (equivalent tactical driving training may be considered).
Ø Graduate of Basic Instruction Training or equivalent instructional training experience.
Ø Ability to interface with all levels of Command.
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ø Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ø Successful candidates will possess excellent communication, written and oral skills; superior relationship and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be a team player with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
