I got a "certificate error" message, just like I get when I go to the NY Post, but it opened up into some jobs info. In fact some of them seem interesting.

If you are trying to access a federal government website, sometimes you will get the certificate error warning... It is given because it is probably a secure website and requires a secure computer (with cac card or federal govt computer access) to get in.. I have the same problems with my home puter when I try to access some of the federal govt sites when needing to do required taskings for my job..

I think they are just not spending the $500 or so for a certificate from a known authority like Verisign to enable SSL on their site. Most likely they generated their own certificate
