Yup, a lot of people out there just don’t get it. It’s amazing that she didn’t get all teary eyed & offended at your statement. Not that you’d give a shit either.

I remember a interview quite a few years back with Joe Mantegna talking about this very thing. He stated that some people at his house for a gathering once stated that if SHTF they were coming to his house because he had guns & knew how to use them.

His reply was very similar to Dorkface’s . He told them if they did that he may start shooting at them.

A girl at work the other day said if war breaks out shes coming to my place. She had a blank look on her face for a moment after I told her that if she didn't bring relevant skill sets that she would just be a piece of meat or wind up as protein. lol.

I told that to my wife’s mom..... She tried to say the same shit, I said why, what can you do.... I don’t care much for either one of the in-laws, one I would love to use for target practice....

The American revolution wasn't started by a bunch of unorganized unrelated individuals, or even groups or militias.

It was started by the states.

Let that sink in - the people controlled their communities, and their counties, and their states, and resistance occured, and was organized, at that level.

And before that got into full swing the Sons of Liberty was a thorn in the crowns ass.
