I just spent the week, teaching active shooter response to the school district teachers and admin. some had kittens when I advocated for filljng a suspects face with chemical smashing said suspect with a 10lb fire extinguisher until you cannot recognize they have a face. But some got it. most that have dealt with me see “ officer friendly” , seeing this side was a reality check for them.

next week is teaching solo to team response for the actual trigger pullers before the school year starts. I figure a few hours of tactics refresher followed by six hours of practical fof, stressing ambush when possible and ALWAYS ending in an anchoring shot will help instill it into rote response. The added benefit that the heads of all the local agencies want refreshers every three months for the time being (until they forget about uvalde). but hey, take the fucking win when you can and capitalize on it.

I cant remember if I said it, but we put out a letter to ALL our guntoters exactly what our expectations were for them ( go in, engage, and neutralize the bad guy). the county attorney had an issue with saying “kill” but the subtext was understood. more importantly tha they would have the agencies FULL support if they did so……. in writing…… in their hot little hands to take home with them and save in a secure place. the otherside being, if yiu cant do this, leave now.

Being the gray man must be done sometimes, but damn it feels good to be a gangster and teach what I know is the correct response with no apology given

    Loud and Proud Dorkface!

But how the hell does anyone get around in 7" heels? That's like crazy gymnast balance. Tactical kit sounds fun - any pics you can share?

HAHA we were out getting school supplies a little while ago and a guy asked my wife that same question. Her answer "I just put one foot in front of the other." and laughed.

The kilt is easy. You can get your own here from 5.11 https://www.511tactical.com/commando-kilt.html?

We were at the phone store the other day and the sales guy asked me about reactions to it and before I could say anything my wife jumped in and said "Women love it. They comment on it all the time." I laughed and added that I always got positive comments from everyone and it put a lot of smiles on lady's faces."

Thanks for the link - I wasn't sure what a "tactical" kilt was and pretty cool for sure.
