A "High" rating is 10 per 100,000 or 0.0001 percent.

What a freaking joke, 1 ten thousandths of 1 percent is a "High" rating. Must be a election year,

I was planning part of a road trip through Nevada next week and staying in Winnemucca. How serious do people there take this crap?

It amazes me that this is still a thing. Even in my AO here in New England I am surprised when I see someone wearing a mask. Yes, I still see the occasional person/family wear them.

I was in Nuremburg this week. Of the THOUSANDS of people I saw, I noticed maybe 4 dorks walking around with it on.

Literally nobody else had one, not in bars, restaurants, museums... nobody.
