    Get some, Greg.

I've got a .3 mile loop here, thinking of filling .30 cal ammo cans with increasing amounts of sand as the 'vid lifts. Good practice for future events.

Set a distance goal. Say 1 mile.

Farmer carry until your grip is gone and put them down.

Walk back to the starting point and then back to where you placed the weight.

Pick it back up and keep going towards the finish line.

I've increased my distance and added the weight. Did it again just now. I'll add more distance next week. The week after I'll go back to 200m and up the weight.

    Always entertaining, mildly offensive
IANative: Indeed, when you grab Brent (or he grabs you), it feels like liquid unobtanium wrapped in rawhide... whereas Greg is just solid muscle wrapped in hate, seasoned w/ snuff and a little lead.

    Nice.

Modular training. Even little things like thumbs over or around on the grip matter.

Or a real man maker . Grip the dumbbells from the hex and carry vertical, haha.

I dont care about grip strength, I have a lady. When I exceed my 70s I'll add a ruck with weight

Went for my 12 week follow up. Doc says I'm recovering like a Rockstar and doing everything right for rehab. He said don't over do it and I'll see you in a year.

ETA: doc said that I'm a patient he'll never forget between the surgery and my recovery.

Between the Doc and Chiro cranking on me yesterday I feel like I've been in a fight. No walk today, just pool work.

Chiro kicks my ass. I can plan on the rest of the day being a writeoff.
