People have asked me if I consider myself a good or bad person. The truth of it is, I don't know or care. I have been called both. I like to think I have saved more lives than I have ended. Either way, I can still sleep at night.

Theese are some fast handling surgical rifles. They would be perfect with a 1x5 or a red dot.

Lol.... Guaranteed... Check out swamp fox 1-8x. They look pretty good for what they are. I have no idea if 8# is way too much yet but I figured target identification is key for the new environment.... 6-8x will make a good 600 yard recce work as intended...

1-8 would be great. SwampFox was an air soft company who realized cheap fucks were putting their optics on real guns so they changed their marketing.

I have a couple Shop monkey put together for me that fit the bill and exactly what their intended purpose was for. As far as Iím concerned, I donít see why anyone would buy anywhere else. Support the people that value you and give you a place with more knowledge then you can find anywhere for being dangerous for free... These guys know their shit.....

Jamie from "Mythbusters" has a Youtube channel (of course he does), and said something like this in a video I ran across:

"When buying a tool you don't know how to use, and haven't used before, buy the cheapest one that you can find and learn how to use it. If it works for you, go out and buy the most expensive one you can afford, you'll have it until you die".

I wouldn't go quite that far--often times the cheapest tool, scope, RDS, bicycle etc. is a fooking piece of Biden, and is so badly made that it's unpleasant to use, and sometimes actively dangerous. But but buying in at the *low* end of useable, then upgrading when you verify that it's going to work for you is not a bad strategy.
