Default Well, Surgery Monday 12/6 for all you prayerin type

Seems the heart valve that was okay for a while in October is not good enough to be okay in December.

Leaving NV for Palo Alto, CA VA Hospital on Thursday to meet with the cardiac team and anesthesiologists to get cracked open for a Aortic Valve Replacement on Monday 12/6.

I'm prepared spiritually if things go awry. I'm actually okay with having the surgery, I knew this day was coming, just not so soon. The cardiac team is run by Stanford University. Surely not looking forward to the recovery aspect. If y'all could remember to throw a prayer or two or on Monday it would be greatly coveted.

    I'll say one for you.

May the hardest part of it all be dealing with Californian VA University types.

Prayers for a successful surgery, a quick recovery, and also that the Lord would draw you close.
