    I wish. No...using a trap bar with 4 45 pound plates. At my strongest...when I deadlifted 475 I would do loaded carries with 315 or 325.

    That's roughly what I weighed in patrol gear with a loaded 6920.

    Most of the kids SO is hiring now appear substantially lighter. You could carry two. For balance.

    I see more officers anymore who are built like me—that is, fairly skinny. That or with some serious bellies. Sometimes I wonder how either breed fares in a tussle with some of their...subjects.
