    Default Today's Workout

    Since Brent has been posting workouts I figured I'd post what I did today. I do this every month or so after the strength portion for that day.

    1-10-1 ascending and descending ladder with or without Armour.

    Pull ups or chin ups x 1
    Push ups x 2
    Ab exercise of choice x 2

    So you do 1 pull up, 2 push ups, 2 abs/2 pull ups, 4 push ups, 4 abs/ etc. Going from 1-10 and back down 9-1. Today with Armour, it took me 28 min, 51 sec. Give it a try and tell me what you think.

    Sounds interesting, will have to give it a try.

    What ab exercises are you doing that work with armor?

    I’ve done quite a bit of workouts in armor but never did ab stuff with it.

    I do what is essentially a leg raise to vertical and then lift your hips off the ground pushing your feet towards the ceiling. Or I put my feet in the air and twist down to each side/windshield wipers.
