    Default Fast workout

    I had planned to do more today, but time ran out. But I had time for below. Itís pretty good at hitting most of the body, is explosive for power development, is good cardio, and is a decent, if fast, mental and physical challenge if you push yourself to do it all fast.

    10 burpees, followed immediately by 10 kettlebell swings. I was using a 44lb kb today.

    3 sets, resting as little as possible between sets.

    That pretty close to the Quick and the Dead workout Pavel has. Another I recommend in a pinch for time is Javorek dumbbell complex. Workouts like this and what you posted take excuses off the table
