This sounds like someone doesn't understand what a gang is. Its not just the Crips or Bloods, or Latin Kings. The Army is a gang, the marines, every police force is a gang FFS.
What this guy is failing to realize, is that within every gang, there are hierarchies and specialists. Sounds like this dude is just jealous he's not part of those things.
