    Uh huh.

Get that bar permanently installed. Or wear a helmet.

Not using that bar again,or doing chin-ups at the apartment in Galveston.Discovered the problem-top molding on the door frame is not flat,as the apartment has been repainted a bazillion times, since it was built in 1965. Not having any problems in Houston for the past 5-6 years.
However, no chin-ups or push-ups until the doc okays it!!

Holy crap. Brain surgery? Yeah chill on the lifting dude lol. For the record I would have broken the 3rd thing on your list soon after too. Going from every day to nothing for 6 weeks would likely kill me anyway lol.

Also glad to hear the chrome dome look is working for you. Its a classic look.

Everyone already said it. Yeah even after multiple surgeries with my stomach cut open kept working on #3 when I could. Wife was the one saying you need to heal. Which she was probably right as I hadn't even got the staples out.
