Default NEW FOR 2021 - THE TRIGGER ADVANCEMENT GROUP

    20210119_132420.jpg
    SUAREZ TRIGGER ADVANCEMENT GROUP

This package allows the use of Gen 5 Trigger components in any Gen 1 through Gen 4 Glock pistol. The Gen 5 trigger unit is a definite improvement over the prior generation triggers. The use of the new small captured flat type spring, rather than the old style "S" spring, makes for a far better feeling trigger that is both smooth and repeatable. It is also a far more reliable trigger by relieving unnecessary tension on the spring, improving its lifespan, and eliminating spring breakage. The Suarez Gunsmith Staff developed a system to use that trigger system in prior generation Glocks. The Suarez Trigger Advancement Group is a drop-in kit and will provide you with the most reliable, safest, and smoothest breaking trigger possible on a striker fired pistol without changing the trigger weight.

    Includes

    • Gen5 Trigger bar with Suarez Faceshooter Flat Trigger
    • Dot connector
    • Gen5 Trigger package
    • Gen5 Slide Cover Plate

This is really cool. Iíll definitely consider this for my SI-26.

During testing, did you notice any wear on the ramped section of the assembly when installed in Gen 1-4 Glocks? I tried to mark the location on the attached photo.

    Very interesting...

Will this be offered with NP-3 components, or can it be “special ordered” that way?

    Thanks.

In the future options will be available, as components start hitting distributor shelves again. As of right now, thats not in the cards

Part of the reason that leg was added to the housing what to help force the slide into a flat movement as opposed to tilting due to loosening tolerances of factory components. Should you find significant wear on that leg, its evidence of a bad rail positioning in your frame allowing the slide to teeter

    Thanks for the info.

I love my SI NP3 trigger and internals. I will likely wait for the same in this.

    Fantastic idea!

It looks like any Gen 5 connector can be used in this, is that correct?

I realize I might be asking this question too early, but what are the advantages/disadvantages to this system over the new Timney? How do the two compare?
