    Calf Raise 275 x 10, 10
    *Left hamstring didn't feel right during my squat warm-ups, almost like a cramp, but not. Stopped after my last warm-up set and tried a few leg presses to see if it was any better-it wasn't. So, a couple of sets of calf raises, which I usually never have time for, and some stretching before calling it a night. Feels like a strain, as getting up and down out of a chair and going up stairs was uncomfortable Saturday night and all day Sunday. Feels mostly better today, so if I can get my work out in later, I'll skip the burpees, just in case.
