    *Decided to call it here and forget abou the leg presses for tonight. Wasn't feeling it-not sure if it's from being a bit dehydrated, a long work day yesterday, or whatever. At least I got most of my planned work done.

    *First time doing squats in about 2 weeks due to tweaking my lower back, and the week before that the squats felt awful. During this workout, squats finally felt good, and I'm feeling the little breat tonight.
