I'm in Lynnwood right now looking out the window at a partly clouding sky right now, and it was pretty sunny yesterday.

    Seems fine to me.

Besides, how can you have good training with nice weather?

And of course about an hour after I wrote this (while I was out running) it got fully cloudy, then the rain started...

I just got back from a week in the south, with beautiful sunny weather, 60-70 during the day and high 30's at night. Stepped off the plane to rain and 39 degrees, and it hasn't let up since. Sure makes a guy re-think his choice of locations. Of course it'll turn nice again about July 5th, so I'm waiting for that....

Ok been a while since I posted. During Christmas New years I went from 202 to 210. Most of my exercise was getting out with the dog in the snow. Last Sunday went for a mountain bike ride and walked the dog.

    203# today.
