Does anyone know if the SLR-107FR which has a left-side folding stock is compatible with the Zukov-S stock from Mag Pul. If not can someone advise another option?

The Zukov-S folding stock is designed to be used on an AK which came from the factory with a fixed stock. If I am correct yours came from the factory with a folding stock which has a different rear trunnion and will not work with the Zukov. Look up Russian Zenitco products. That is your best option.

Here is a close up side view of the left folding SLR-107FR and it appears that there is no tang on that trunion. So it looks like eagle45 is correct.
