    *Squat 150x5, 155x4, 160x3, 165x2, 170x1
    **Push Press 120x5, 125x4, 130x3, 135x2, 140x1
    ***DB snatch 50x2, 2, 2, 2, 2
    Dips BW+100 x 10, 10, 10
    Pulldowns 140 x 5, 5, 5
    Push ups 1x25
    BB Rows 135x10
*Forgot to check my log for the last workout, and wound up with an extra 5# to start. Plenty left in the tank to just keep adding 5# per workout.
**Again, forgot my starting weight on push presses, and wound up starting 20# heavier than scheduled. Felt fine, so I'll just add 5# next time and keep moving.
*** As long as we still have the attachments, I'll probably change DB snatch out with seated cable rows on Monday, to get a good pull exercise in there.

    And, a bit later:

Right elbow is a little tender today, not sure why. Today's workout may be pushed back a day, depending on how it feels closer to workout time.

-33 minutes isn't what I was hoping for, but given a heavy workout last night, I'll take it. Had a pretty good pace going until around set 10, where my time per round average had creeped up to 2 minutes/round and climbed a bit more over the last 5 sets.

Right elbow is still a bit tender, but no worse than before, and I had no problems during the workout. Maybe a few ibuprofen will have it fixed by morning.

Either I worked it out, or the ibuprofen worked-elbow feels normal today.

    Squat 155x5, 160x4, 165x3, 170x2, 175x1
    Push Press 125x5, 130x4, 135x3, 140x2, 145x1
    *Seated Cable Row 140 x 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
    **Pulldowns 180 x 5, 5, 5
    Dips BW+50 x 15, 15, 15
    Push ups 1 x 25
    BB Rows 135 x 10
*Had to use a short, straight bar for the rows, so they were a bit awkward. I may have to buy my own rowing attachment and take it to work and leave it in the weight room.
** Cut one of my fingers pretty good before work, so a good grip on the pulldowns was challenging.

    - Not sure why, but dips weren't as crisp as last week, but I did get my reps in.
    - Straight bar for the seated rows feels very awkward. Going to have to get a different handle with a neutral grip for wrists and shoulders.

-And that's all I felt like doing tonight. A little stiff and sore.
