    -Still playing around with ab exercises so I don't wind up doing nothing but sit ups

    -Grippers were a bit rough after the extra rounds of Kevlar, but most were pretty good

    -Arms were still a little sore from Wednesday, but still made all my reps on dips
    -Last set of pulldowns actually felt pretty good, one or two more workouts at this weight and then I'll add a bit

    - Weight room was crowded tonight, so I had to cut it short
    - Had a headache I couldn't shake for the last half of shift, so I didn't mind the shorter workout that much
    - Didn't really feel like it, so just showing up and doing some work was great for tonight

    - *Added 10# to pulldowns
    - Won't be able to work out tomorrow night, so I went ahead and did this one tonight
    - Had a pretty good pace going until somewhere about round 12. I think last night's work out caught up with me
    Was on sub 30 minute pace til then

    -Skipped HDLs tonight due to jamming my knee a little bit last night. Foot slipped off a wet board and it was sore for a while. Not much soreness tonight, but figured I'd give a bit more rest
    -Had a harder time with dips tonight than I thought I would, but made it through.
    -Going to try adding in at least one set of BB Rows for reps (at least 10) on these heavy days, time permitting.

    - Got a stitch in my side during round 11 and had to slow down a bit. Was on a pretty good pace up to that point.

    -Dips were a bit of a struggle tonight. Not too surprised, given last night's workout, but I was hoping for better.
    -Time was tight tonight, so with the BW squats last night, I skipped the HDLs.
    -Once February hits, I'm going for 13 reps on dips, so we'll see how that goes. Sets of 12 haven't gotten any easier over the past month.

    -Wasn't really feeling it tonight. Pressed for time and had a headache, but still managed to get everything in.
    -That being said, this was probably the 3 worst sets of dips that I've done in quite a while.
    -Since I missed yesterday, I'm going to try to get my 2 regular workouts in over the next 3 days. Tomorrow's shift will be the deciding factor of whether it will be Sat/Mon or Sun/Mon. Hoping I can make it Sat/Mon.
