    3 sets of (Lying leg raises x 10, Crunch x 20, Reverse crunch x 10)
    -Still playing around with ab exercises so I don't wind up doing nothing but sit ups

    CoC Trainer×5,5; #1×5,5,5
    -Grippers were a bit rough after the extra rounds of Kevlar, but most were pretty good

    CoC Trainer 5,5; #1 5,5,5
    -Arms were still a little sore from Wednesday, but still made all my reps on dips
    -Last set of pulldowns actually felt pretty good, one or two more workouts at this weight and then I'll add a bit

    - Weight room was crowded tonight, so I had to cut it short
    - Had a headache I couldn't shake for the last half of shift, so I didn't mind the shorter workout that much
    - Didn't really feel like it, so just showing up and doing some work was great for tonight

    Kevlar*: 15 rounds in 31 minutes
    - *Added 10# to pulldowns
    - Won't be able to work out tomorrow night, so I went ahead and did this one tonight
    - Had a pretty good pace going until somewhere about round 12. I think last night's work out caught up with me
    Was on sub 30 minute pace til then

    BB Rows 135x10
    -Skipped HDLs tonight due to jamming my knee a little bit last night. Foot slipped off a wet board and it was sore for a while. Not much soreness tonight, but figured I'd give a bit more rest
    -Had a harder time with dips tonight than I thought I would, but made it through.
    -Going to try adding in at least one set of BB Rows for reps (at least 10) on these heavy days, time permitting.
