    10 sets of alternating pull ups/chin ups x 3.
    Last set of chins went for a good 5. Still working on pull ups to bring them equal.

    *Weight room finally opened back up. Dropped the weights a bit and reduced exercises to ease back into it. Felt good to get back to overhead work, but they were a little more difficult than I thought they would be. Hopefully, overhead strength comes back quick with some more time under the bar.

    *Dropped the weight a good bit on inclines tonight. Was feeling a bit weak from the beginning of the workout, not sure why. Most likely from not eating enough during the day. Pressing strength fell off a bit more than I thought it would while the weight room was closed, but hopefully it comes back soon-I was getting very close to PR territory on both military presses and push presses. If not, I'll cycle back a bit lighter and maybe do a bit more volume and then start back with more of what I'm doing now.
