    * Not much time and had some lower back stiffness to go along with the hip flexor strain, so just a few rounds to get moving since the weight room opened back up today.

    *Taking a little longer for my conditioning to get back to where it was, with time off and injuries. May move to 3 days/lifting and 2 days/conditioning once I've worked back up to my pre-break numbers on my main lifts.

    *Right hip flexor is still bothersome, so the jog was more like a fast walk.

    *Going to change my routine up for a little while and really try to work on my press. Dips are in a pretty good place, and I'm going to ease off on pushing toward higher reps with the heavier weights on dips.
