    *Left my new lifting straps at home, and really would've liked to have had them on that last set. I actually did 2.5 reps, instead of just 1. Was going for 3, but I felt my grip going, so I just stood up with the weight and racked it.

    *Squats just didn't feel right, and haven't for a couple of weeks. Going to drop the weight and do 5 x 5 to try and get my form dialed back in.

    *Weight room was locked, so I had to go to my outside dip bars to get in a workout. Was planning on 10 sets, but the humidity killed me. At least it was something. Really missed my seated presses. Was looking forward to the exercise and using my new wraps.
