    Default Springfield Hellcat OSP

Hmmmmm... The Hellcat was a great example in Grumman's legendary line of "-Cat" fighters. Wonder how this recent optic-optional entry in the compact CCW arena ended up with that moniker?

I'm just confused about how to hold it without a "GripZone".

Like the new S&W Shield with the optic cut, it appears to be machined for the Shield (Optics manufacturer) line of sights.
Years in secret development. New and game changing. A copy of the P365. Flattery, not innovation.

Springfield's apparently uber-awesome quasi-stippling grip texturing on the later generations of some of their pistols (XD 9/40, few others).

Ya I got nothing and with all the major failures on the range I've seen report of I don't think Springfield has anything for me right now.

    Always entertaining, mildly offensive
IANative: Indeed, when you grab Brent (or he grabs you), it feels like liquid unobtanium wrapped in rawhide... whereas Greg is just solid muscle wrapped in hate, seasoned w/ snuff and a little lead.

Springfield is not the best choice for anything other than M1A and 1911. In my opinion...it is just a nose hair above Taurus. The Shield optic...yeah...we tried it out on 43s and after they kept breaking we dumped the project and developed the RMR. Yeah...its smaller...yeah it is more svelte...but the damn limey optic doesn't last much more than a Sig Romeo.

Color me tired of the idiocy of this industry.
