    Default What to do....

Alright guys. I can't decide what I want to do. Here are the choices..

Glock 26 with RMR and comp or

Glock 43X with Suarez slide and RMR and comp...

I can't decide. I shoot both equally well, and can conceal both fairly easily. Mag capacity with the 26 is an advantage...but the 43X with Suarez slide just has that cool factor...

If it's for carry and you can shoot and conceal each one equally why would you give up capacity for coolness?

If “cool factor” is anywhere in your decision making process then you don’t have your mind right.
I carry two kinds of trauma kits. One for fixing it and one for causing it.

All things being equal the g26. Higher capacity and has the ability for higher capacity reloads including happy sticks.

Coolness has to have some factor. That's why we have different colors available in cerakote etc. I teach Firearms everyday for a LE Agency, I have taken classes with Sentinel, Sage, Costa to name a few. Suarez is the only one making 43 RMR slides...which is cool. I have 16 RMR'd guns from the 17L to a 26. The 43X with a RMR is cool and I'd trust Suarez stuff with my life. Gabe was doing cool shit with Dots before it became what it is today. I've been messing with it for 7 or 8 years now, when the RMR was called a RM08 or some shit. Why, cause it is a little cool. ;)

I agree, cool factor is a thing. All my kit matches and is in tactical mocha (FDE) and black #tactisexual. I would say it would depend (for me) on what it was for. Primary carry I'd probably opt for the 26 as it's compatible with larger mags. If it's for max concealability I'd opt for the 43. If it's a BUG, I could go either way but would likely go with the 26 for the same reason as above that larger mags are compatible.

I also carry a 19 with a Suarez slide and RMR about half of the time.
