    That’s what I need.

    What are the pros/cons of putting the front sight on the comp? I’m not seeing much of that, even since you introduced the option.

    We have done them both ways. Only issue is if you are running an open bottom holster for a G17, the rearward placement insures it will never snag.

    Is pinning and welding an option? Not volunteering SI for anything but someone, somewhere should be able to pull that off if you really want one. But the barrel will be permanently mounted in that slide until you cut the comp off.
