I miss my Excursion.... bad. It was a '02. 7.3 with 320k on it. Couldn't afford to keep dropping a few grand into it every couple of months. Now i have an f150. Its ok.

Yep on of the things I did before pulling the trigger was to go to Rock auto and price everything but the diffs, engine, and transmission (tranny recently replaced with ford reman) total was around 4k, and the cal van repair if it ever throws a plug is pretty easy. Besides the fact it already has new injectors, plugs, coils, ac delco battery, like I said the stealership took him for everything but the battery. Heck I pulled the auto lock hubs off the front because I prefer manual hubs and they , the bearings, and the axle looked new. Dry climates and regular maint help a ton

For those who might know the Midway & Rosecrans / Sports Arena area of San Diego, you know what kind of low life creatures frequent the area...
Saw a pimp backhand one of his ho's in one of those. I was picking up lunch and cruising up and down a few one way streets to get there... On one street I saw a pro walking down the street, then on another I saw Kid Rock and some chick in the caddy. As I was leaving I see Kid Rock pull up to the girl I saw walking earlier, he leans over the other girl and pulls his ho in to the car, back hands her, she sits back up, and they all drive away as one big happy family. At first I was in shock, then I couldn't stop laughing.
