The stickers are straight. The latch on the shell has gone crooked over the years/miles.

Went a different route and sold my TJ Rubicon. Wanted something that would tow the boat without issue and ran into this. Still needs a little work , but its coming along nicely. 02 silverado reg cab with 5.3 v8 and custom camper. The original builder used it to explore the arctic circle and lived in it for about 6 months up there. No rust , but rewiring the camper and catching up with fluids, belts, etc

Teaching today, but will get more pics up in a bit. In a nutshell, the original builder took a tool bed and expanded it. Welding aluminum to raise the height, then a popup system that raises overall interior height to around 6'2". has bed frame that folds up to a couch, 20 gal water tank (both manual and electric pump), twin solar panels on the roof (one had an indicent with a tree, going to replace both). The panels feed a solar controller that in turn feeds the LED lighting and charges two deep cycle batteries. He had a 1750w inverter hooked up as well, but Im going a different route. Stove is moveable coleman propane and is fed by a big bottle in one of the tool cabinets. I will be putting in the cartridge type chemical toilet, and might plumb the sink line for an external shower.

While not as offroad capable as my rubicon was, this gives me a lot more to work with in a package not too much larger than the two door TJ.
