    Default Kata practice

Kata practice today. Great training but more importantly we fleshed out concepts and methods.

Gunfighter training grows stronger with every session.

Been practicing the Katas in the back yard with a SIRT pistol and a BOB punching bag. Much to my wife's and neighbors dismay.

Excellent Doc! As to their dismay: remind them that it keeps the Riffraff outta your yard and surely entertains the dogs...

BTW, Brent was training with my Evil Twin "Leroy"

Almost 3 hours of trying to wear out that smiling 40-something in his own dojo...

As the board behind us hints, we spent the time really dinging into the "Why" of each kata's content and application as a reality check. Gabe and Brent have thoroughly mined their huge MA experience (pushing 100 years brothers and sisters!!) in the development of this program. The benefits to all who practice these arts will be equally great.
