Living the entirely unexciting life that I do, by choice, I can't imagine ever needing to have a gun with no serial number. The only appeal to me is that I could get a bunch of frames shipped to my house with no BS, but then I have to mill them, and it's just easier to buy .40's on Armslist and sell the slides.

It's about the challenge for some people.

I have a good friend in Alaska who made his own AK receiver from a Ford F150 door frame...yes he heat treated it and did it all correct...
He still has it and it runs great...

Another person I know that loves the 80 percent is a former Limey who lives here full time now....and he experienced full rage roid hard on gun control and it wasn't fun for him.
End of days....it was a challenge for them.

    That's all.

Which is what took the AK market straight to the ghetto, and will inevitably divide the pistol world into ghetto and high end as well.

HERE ARE SOME CHALLENGES THAT ARE BETTER THAN A GHETTO GLOCK BUILD

    1). Deadlifting 2x bodyweight
2). Actually reducing the bodyweight so they can see their junk in the shower
3). Maxing the CT-Red Dot Drill
4). Maxing the drill left handed
5). Not drinking a case of beer per night
6). Running five miles in boots with a ruck in the back country
    7). Stop watching football
8). Walk five miles in boots with a ruck in the back country if #6 is not likely
9). Write a book or at least a readable article on something important
    10). Stop following politics.

I will be we can come up with ten more...
