Default Chicago and railroad police 'bait truck'

Community activist films bait truck being parked in his neighbor hood and someone gets caught breaking in to it. Video available at the link. The rail yards are being broken into in the Chicago area and claims of gun thefts are claimed. This truck and trailer has name brand shoes in it and is parked in poor neighborhoods. Years ago I worked with a former railroad policeman and he had to shoot someone breaking into to rail cars. A man with a .25 auto was about ready to shoot his captain and he dropped the goblin with a .357 mag revolver.

A joint investigation by Chicago police and the Norfolk Southern Railroad that used a truck loaded with goods and left parked in Englewood as a lure for potential thieves has come under fire after video of the operation went viral.

Its not about how fast you can load, but about how well you can shoot ..... Someone being saved by a speed load is not something that has happened with any regularity. Gabe Suarez

"Entrapment" - I guess they had no choice but to cut the lock and steal the shoes.

They were probably hungry and going to make shoe soup.
    Effective policing to me.
