Glock 41, despite what some may think of the size, is in fact an excellent concealed carry weapon and I find I use it much more often than the 30S. Were I to replace it with another Glock, it'd be a Glock 35 Gen 5 with NP3 Supermatch Slide Assembly. I really hate finger grooves. I have an SI Gen 4 Supermatch but it's out being used by others.

If you were to buy a Glock 41, I would recommend not buying another compact to go with it. Save your money and learn to use the 41 well. It will do all roles exceedingly well, minus the true NPE.

Arredondos? How are they working for you?

Running a TLR1 w/remote on my 21. The 41 and a Surefire are just a skosh too long for a guy with a bum shoulder. But I do have the 30s.

Yes. They're ugly, but work just fine and I can say "I'm optimized now." 18 rounds of .45 is something to be dealt with so I can't complain. I just don't like how it looks.

We did some testing with Speer 230 grain FMJ .45 ACP out of a Glock 41 and discovered the muzzle velocity is right around 900 to 915 FPS. Now, it's hot as Hell out here and that'll affect velocity a bit, but it appears the Glock 41 turns standard ball ammunition into quasi +P ball ammunition.

Just something you may find interesting.

If the cosmetics are all that's bothering you, you could wrap the extended baseplate with GT-5000 grip tape or some Talon grip strips, which can be boughtin uncut panels; I've used some on a few old Spyderco knives. After all, It is better to look good than to feel good.

I just looked at Talon Grips website. They make wraps for about every kind of baseplate EXCEPT yours. Who knows, maybe one of the others will be close enough.

We tested the Model 41 and allow it as a personal purchase duty weapon. Ive only fired a magazine through one so Im hesitant to give an opinion. I didnt hate it...
