If I'm not mistaken, the C is .10" more
narrow than the RMS and it does not
have a battery tray like the RMS. The
C has to be removed to change the
    battery.

Now what’s the difference between RMS and RMS-C?

Both have to be removed to change the battery. The tray doesn't quite work as well as the makers think

So do you recommend the C model since itís narrower and the tray doesnít matter?

Not really. The regular one worked fine in its role. Either or...no real advantage either way.

I have one of the original guttersnipe units, where SI milled my factory GLOCK slide for the JPoint red dot and it’s great, this takes that original system to a new level. This setup allows you to keep your factory slide and convert your 43 back to its original condition. (Although I can’t imagine why you would want to do that!)

Well...with all the new DIY frames and now even for the 43...one can use the match slide on their main carry and use the factory slide for a training gun built on the DIY frame. Or sell the factory slide.

This brings the 43 into the realm of real true primary carry gun instead of really just a backup pressed into primary duty.
