    Nice job, it looks like your well on your way.

    I too like dumbbell shoulder press, but lately have moved to overhead barbell press, old school stuff.

    My 30th birthday was last week, so it's time for an update. My right knee has been giving me trouble, so I haven't progressed as much as I'd like, but:

    Bench- 355x2
    Deadlift- 500x1
    Squat- 385x2
    Dumbbell OHP- 95x10
    BF% ~12

    About a week after this I aggravated an old ankle injury that sidelined me from heavy leg work for roughly six weeks. Hitting my stride again now.

    Nice numbers, we're close to the same weight but I'm only 5'10" .
