    Always entertaining, mildly offensive

IANative: Indeed, when you grab Brent (or he grabs you), it feels like liquid unobtanium wrapped in rawhide... whereas Greg is just solid muscle wrapped in hate, seasoned w/ snuff and a little lead.

I don't have Facebook but the link worked for me.

    Good lift.

I've always liked that Hammer machine. Have you ever tried it one arm at a time? I tend to get a better range of motion that way, esp on the squeeze.

Strong work. As stated above, I like the Hammer machines. Don't have them at home of course but they are a fun change up from KBs and barbells when I'm at a new gym during travels.

I tend to hit a lot of the Hammer Strength machines. It's real weight without the drag of cables and I can take the weights higher. I like them when I don't have a spotter and I want to push my limits.
