I would assume that the carrier could be without much issue, maybe have to remove the gas key so as not to obstruct the gas hole. Doing the actual bolt might be a PITA. due to the size of the parts and openings for pin, pin channel, and extractor.

    Always entertaining, mildly offensive
IANative: Indeed, when you grab Brent (or he grabs you), it feels like liquid unobtanium wrapped in rawhide... whereas Greg is just solid muscle wrapped in hate, seasoned w/ snuff and a little lead.

    Default ar15 np3 coating

I am highly interested in having parts for an ar pistol I'm completing coated before I assemble it.

Here's the parts list I'd be interested in:
    aero precision m4e1 upper
    forward assist components
    dust cover components
    raptor charging handle
umbrella corporation lower currently cerakoted in FDE (would need cerakote removed then refinished in np3)
    lower receiver parts
all metal components for maxim defense cqb brace
seekins precision mcsr v2 rail 10"
    rosco manufacturing 10.5" 300blk barrel
    deadman air keymount flash hider

I am also emailing Robar for a quote, but would love to see if I could have your company perform the coatings instead. Love your blog and would rather send the $ your way. Please email me with a quote if you are going to begin performing this service for ar15s as well!

Random question...at one point SI was re-finishing Sig frames, but that went away due to some technical details in the re-finishing process.

Does this mean Sig frame treatments are back on with NP3?

It is. Aluminum frames are an extra $50 because the anodizing needs to chemically stripped.
