Default It's nice to get PR's at near 60!

My heavy lifts are not so heavy anymore, it's been years since my bench has been over 400lbs, and equally as many since my DL was at it's height (600+) so when I can get little things, like a PR on standing dumbbell curls 85# I'm happy!

I got 85% dumbbell for standing curls, NO CHEATING or swinging, for 2 reps on my right hand and 1 rep with my left hand. I thought about cheating out the 2nd rep but didn't, but that's okay.

Now, I hope to move on to attack my DL's, there's a lot of talk about them, so it's got me motivated to get back after them.

Just feeling good and wanted to get it out.

    A week ago Friday I turned 62

I like Sled Pushes, so on my birthday I added a little weight, not much, but more than what I used when I was 61

Kinda made an old man feel good

Does it count if its a machine vs free weights?

I did 828lbs with leg presses today. I don't know if that's a lot to you guys who've been slinging weight seriously for years; but its a F-ing record for me.
