The full day course covered 50% of what was on my lesson plan, and that lesson plan was half of what I originally wrote.

There are a lot of "I get it - finally" moments and those are hard to create for people when an instructor isn't there in person. There is also the issue of answering one's questions. We all bent over backward to answer individual questions, and I still get them sometimes. That had to be done in person.

Finally, you need to have this taught by a someone who's been there...not YouTube'd it.
