This is the second place I have seen this article in 24 hours. Probably written by the same people that recommend bagels and fruit for breakfast or margarine instead of butter.

Dog has it every day too. My expert says it's not fats but inflammation that's not healthy.

How much do you put in your coffee? I've heard of "bullet-proof" coffee with butter, but I've not heard of adding coconut oil. My dog gets about a heavy tablespoon once or twice a week.

2 tsp +. I occasionally substitute Kerry Gold butter. My dog gets a Tablespoon along with Turmeric, Black pepper and Himalayan sea salt.

This, but work up to the two tablespoons as coconut oil can act like a laxative!
