    Smaller portions, vegetables i try to eat different kinds, i usually dont eat meat and potatoes together. Instead of milk i use Silk plain coconut to make pancakes flavor coffee or eat with oat meal. No sodas or candy. In my videos i work out next to my vegetable garden i snack straight out of it.
