People have asked me if I consider myself a good or bad person. The truth of it is, I don't know or care. I have been called both. I like to think I have saved more lives than I have ended. Either way, I can still sleep at night.

Is there and easy way to identify if my Sig slide is one or two piece (candidate for RMR)? Google isn't helping much.

    I have a question...

My 2nd patrol rifle will have an 11.5" barrel and we use 62 grain Federal 5.56mm. I'm authorized to use my AAC Omni suppressor, but I've heard at 11.5" the projectile will use in the suppressor. Any truth to this?

You are polishing the barrel on the Stakeout. Would this benefit an 18" HD shotgun barrel? If so, what would a DIY'er use to polish it with?
What materials? What method? What to watch out for?

its called a flex hone. you can get them on brownells. they are caliber specific. you will also need a drill to run the hone. if you don't want to buy the honing solution you can probably use a heavy oil. its viscosity is similar to vegetable oil

Default Little help with bolt lock open on last round

Hey everyone, I need a little help with my 300 Blackout. I got to test it out for the first time yesterday. Everything seems to be running fine with the exception of the bolt not locking back fully on the last round. The bolt carrier gets caught and it isn't far enough back to allow a new round to feed from the magazine. Isn't the bolt face suppose to get caught on the catch? I took a couple of pictures to show you what I mean. Is this a user error or does the gun need adjustment (buffer or something). Any help would be greatly appreciated. The upper is a SI 300 Blackout pistol upper. The lower was a build that I did and the buffer came from SI and is a Phase 5. If you need more details please let me know. Thanks
