I will bet you five bucks I can come up with at least five scenarios where Joe The Plumber would want to blow a door off its hinges with his Tube.

I can already see why one might need to skip shot.

I think if your hardened room can be opened with a couple breaching rounds, you are underestimating the enemy.

Why breach a door? Off the top of my head.

    Fire
    emergency
    escape and evasion
    displacement from a running gunfight
    rescue

IANative: Indeed, when you grab Brent (or he grabs you), it feels like liquid unobtanium wrapped in rawhide... whereas Greg is just solid muscle wrapped in hate, seasoned w/ snuff and a little lead.

    OK, excellent.

In my mind, breaching was to enter, not exit. Clearly, I left a big part out.
    That's why I asked.

    Breach, verb:

    1.
make a gap in and break through (a wall, barrier, or defense).

Hey guys. Since there is a good write up already on breaching I'm going to clear out all that discussion from this thread so don't get all butt-hurt if I delete your posts.

Like CQB, I like to penetrate deep into the space and own the area once I'm there.
